OMG thats way too much weight. You should not go higher than 5lbs for External Rotations. I would suggest you start at 3lbs and then in a few weeks do 5lbs but don't EVER go any higher than that.DB External Rotations 8x10, 8x10, 8x10

Cheats are rewards for cutting out the junk ... the less cheats you have, the better your muscle building/weight loss will be. After you've done the living clean for a while, the urges to eat cheats subsides (for me anyways ...)

BTW Jodi - I go to Gold's and they don't use calipersThey use this stupid BIO Impedance machine (ultrasound I guess) that takes a reading from your foot and your hand and registers on a machine. You also have to be laying down when they do this. It was WAY inaccurate. Calipers are the best but jeez it's hard finding a place that uses that method. If you find a place please PM me. Thanks
