Staying lean all year round

Staying lean year round is very achievable. Its not unheard of and in bodybuilding today its common. Bulking or cutting theres too many things you can use to stay lean. Something I want to shed some light on is growth factor peptides. Whats your opinion and experience with them?


Who uses Clenbuterol a few times a year?

Whose using HGH?

These are all important.

We can get in extra calories using these drugs and still get the desired muscle we want while staying lean.
Bulking is fun don't get me wrong. Eating everything and anything to flood your body with calories is something everyone should do once.


Whats your take on staying lean year round and what do you do?
 
This is pretty much my goal. I am not a bodybuilder. I want to look great naked. symmetry is my goal. But I started to use clen this year and found it useful. right now I's pretty lean and have not really been putting on any fat. but I dont eat a shit ton any more. I started Gh 2-3 ius a day.... Nothing crazy but it has been burning belly fat.

I prefer to keep in the gym and stay on a diet I can stick with. A lot of whole foods with small cheats.

Clen works but it makes me feel like a crack head.
 
I cycle on and off clen, hgh, I even pct every few years (To grow my balls back) I like getting a little fluffy and making a lean comeback.To the guys who stay super lean all year you have my respect.
 
For cutting, I get great results with Clen, T3 and hGH.

Clen will produce great results for about 4-6 week and will slowly diminish
due to beta-receptor downregulation... the sides usually dissipate after a week or so.

HGH is just all around great - I love it.

T3 also works very well, you just have to know what your doing and DO NOT go overboard
with it... 80-100mcg can easily put you in a catabolic state - I put this theory to the test
and learned the hard way, so I usually stay around 50mcg - give or take.

My diet is simply up and down... I do great - think I can eat everything in sight - realize I
can't... "then repeat."

I've ran all of these from Z - some Euro and some of the Z line ... always having great results.
