Mine were $300 after my insurance, but they are Titanium with progressive lenses, a must have in Hawaii...

I watched that when it came on. At the beginning I was fine with the company manufacturing the glasses, but once they went on to say they own all of the sunglass stores, eyeglass stores, and the 2nd largest vision insurer I started to turn. But hey, regulations are bad so keep on keeping on.

I remember the days of buying $1000 glasses then I started buying them online. Sometimes you can find great deals I know i bought 6 pairs of single vision for under $100 for all of them. Im an avid contact lens wearer but like having a bunch of different style frames just in case.

que? I must have been drunk that decade cause I don't remember that. are we talking designer shades or prescription lenses with designer frames?

I spent like $1000 on 4 pairs of Maui Jims back in '95 cause I hate shopping for them and they lasted until 2004.
