I have been waking up a little stiff in my hips and in my feet every morning. I know I have planter facsiatis in both of my feet and I keep it at bay by stretching throughout the day, but I have been stiff and sore in my hips. I have been stretching out the Psoas every morning a long with my hams, quads, and feet.
Has anyone or everyone else experienced this kind of feeling every morning? I am 29 and am active in lifting and cardio as well as with my two little girls.
