Ive been doing a lot of research on M1T and still have some questions.
1. Is M1T by itself going to help put on mass or do I NEED 4AD? Im trying to add about 12lbs.
2. Is 6-OXO enough for a 4 week cycle of this stuff or should I get nolva?
3. Is there anything I can take to replace 4AD if I cant find any( to help sides and ad in mass)?
4. And how would yall take creatine w/ a cycle? During or right after or both?
5. If I wanted to take tribulus, whens the best time? Before cycle, after, or during?
I would appreciate any help. Ive heard completely diff. opinions on all of these questions. Thanks.
