It's great you guys moved to a new location for faster shipping but what about the rest of us who have been waiting almost 2 months. I'm starting to think that naps ticket service is an automated response on a count of they have been telling me to wait a few more days. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I'm going banana sandwich over here
I placed an order May 31st and still have not received it either. I did however open a ticket on their website about 10 days ago and have gotten a response from a rep within 12 hours everytime. The response isn't what I wanted to hear at all, but they did respond. They told me that my package was shipped on 6/3/11 originally when I ordered, but then when I talked to a rep they informed me that my gear didn't end up getting shipped until 6/22/11 because of the overwhelming amount of pre summer orders that were placed. It's understandable that naps may have fell behind a little bit (and for good reason) but what isn't acceptable is the fact that they knew they have had numerous problems with shipping delays recently, therefore they should have changed the estimated arrival time from the current "21 business days" to a longer period of time. I don't think it's ok to have an automated (and yes it is automated) system that updates your order progress from "money received" to "processing" to "shipped" in consecutive days when in reality there is chaos in between a couple of those steps and the orders were not shipped when they said they were. Once again it's understandable for this situation to occur but I feel like they should have let the customers know about this delay instead of continuing to take orders from thousands of people that will all eventually be dissatisfied and possibly even take their business elsewhere like I have. At least Z shut down his site and admitted he couldn't keep up rather than disappoint so many people the way naps has.
Yes this is my first post on this forum, but I have been a member on other forums for awhile now and am not new to ordering gear online either. I have placed thousands of dollars worth of orders through naps and have always had excellent results in both quality and arrival time, and i was also very aware of some rumors of shipping delays they were having but with their track record i went ahead and ordered anyway hoping a very reputable company like naps would correct the problem. So far I'm wrong. This time I think they bit off more than they could chew and it's really gonna hurt them in the long run.
