Is there a correlation between the two? I always get stomach cramps during basketball. That is the only place i cramp (Upper right stomach area) . Can it be from weak abs? What exercise can help me with this problem?

You might be suffering from hypoxia, dose it go away when you stop running? Do you have trouble breathing while this is occuring? I would have a Dr. check you out.
