Straight Leg Deadlift, Romanian, or Regular

I've decided to throw a deadlift exercise in my workout plan, but I dont know which one is best. I hear alot about SLDL, but the regular, old fashioned way seems like the way to go.
 
They are all effective exercises that stimulate a massive amount of musculature. My suggestion is to alternate between them periodically. I tend to gravitate toward the conventional or sumo deadlift more often than the others, but I implement all 3 form of deadlifts into my routine from time to time.

What are you using it for?

SLDL and Romanians are very similar - differences are just subtle. Conventionals and sumos are the bad boys of deadlifting. They'll rock your entire posterior chain - from traps to hamstrings.

I agree with CP.....rotate SLDL, Sumo, Conventional and Trap Bar Deads - each one works differently than the other.
