Strength cycle for a Noob

What is a good cycle for someone who has never used...

Goals would be:
strength over size
small side effects
less cost
simplicity

Just Test @ 500mg per wk would be no more than $100 for a 10 wk cycle.
 
Test Prop 100 mg every other day for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks of nolva. Less than $200. If you have plenty of nolva, sides should be fine at this dose.

I'm not sure if someone new would want to stick himself EOD the first go around. But if he doesn't mind then perfect.
 
If you use Test Prop at Pirate's dosage you'll need 28ml. This should cost NO more than $80. The nolva is dirt cheap. Just by the powder and make your own.
 
Test 400mg or 500mg a week for 8 weeks.
You will need 2, 10ml bottles.....cost in Mexico $40. for both....cost in the USA?????? who knows, depends on your source....but $150-200 total is typical.

Damn, that's expensive! I have three different sources. I pay $50 for 20ml Test E. I guess I'm just lucky...

sorry but I find that hard to believe. good test down here in Baja goes for about $23-25 for a 10 ml vial. So your saying that your getting it in the US for about the same price.

Also Nolva is not dirt cheap. Hope your shit is the real shit causae it sounds stange at the prices your paying for it.

I use a UG lab and yes that's what I pay! As for the nolva, I purchased the powder and make my own solution. Yes, it's dirt cheap. I'm not sure the exact volume I purchased but it's enough to make 5-50ml bottles @ 20 mg/ml.

No skin off my back if you don't believe!
 
do you suggest test enanthate for a intermediate lifter who is ripped and kinda skinny? who goes to the gym for a few months straight

if so more info needed for the noob.... thanks.

Nope. Gear is for lifters who have been at it for a while. Also if your skinny you need to eat more.

MM, I'm not sure about percentages but here's what I do. I've only run relatively long esthers so I increase slowly. My maintenance calories are 3900 per day. I increase that to 4500 the first two weeks. Then I bump it to 5k the third week. The forth and all remaining weeks are at 5500. I would even go to 6k if I could but I can't handle that much food.

Cals: you just need to make sure you are getting enough to stay in positive energy balance i.e. taking in more than you are putting out. If you do less than this then you'll lose fat but limit your lean gains as your body is reluctant to make muscle if it thinks there's a famine coming...; if you do way more than this then you'll just have more fat to lose when you finish your cycle. If it was physically possible to consume 10,000 cals a day then you wouldn't gain twice as much REAL muscle as when consuming 5,000 cals a day, you'd just have a pile of lard to shift.

If you are looking for strength gains and don't want to add fat, add 500-750 calories/day above maintenance. If you want more mass, go for 1000 cal/day over. And limit cardio. Try to raise the weight on every exercise every week until you are in the 4-6 rep range. My $0.02.

Fast food does to you - :shake:
