Strength Training program for triathlons?

I'm joining the triathlon team at school next year, and was wondering if anyone here had any experience with triathlete strength/resistance/weight training. I've looked online for some programs but I'm not really sold on any of them.

Any advice from anyone here?
 
I used to do this type of stuff.

My advice is to use low volume, unilateral, compound lifts. Use a low rep range (3-5 should do well), don't do too many sets a week. Emphasize core strength and stabilization and it should transfer over reasonably well to your performance swimming, running, and cycling.
