Stupid shit I dealt with

Last week Monday I was at work , my lady was asleep . Two cops two maintenance men and a man from the office entered my apartment and start taking stuff outside . My lady hears this . First RESPONSE GRAB THE GUN !
she goes to the living room pointing a gun . The manager explains to her we are being evicted ... ( clerical error by apartment ) . So we get our shit brought back in . My lady got an attitude from the manager . So I hear about this I take an extra long lunch come down to the office of the apartment and I go APE SHIT YELLING .DO U HAVE A FUCKING DEATH WISH DO U WANT TO FUCKING DIE ? Thats HOW U FUCKING GET SHOT BY ENTERING AN APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE . 15 minutes later I had that guy in fucking tears . I got an apology followed by am attitude from a lady . Wednesday I?m at work they enter my apartment without notice to do an inspection because I?m moving to a sister property . My lady hears them and of course the gun comes out . They immediately left . We got a lease violation for having a cat . Thursday I get a call saying we may be denied at the other apartment building for having a cat at the current apartment . Then I lost my job . So we take the cat to my lady?s grandpas house Sunday so they can do the inspection Monday ( today ) ...I told the office manager there has been two times you entered my apartment without notice . The third I SHOOT then I?ll call the cops . I?ve filed complaints with the corporate office along with the housing authority , the bbb .

Oh oh I forgot to mention I had a screaming fit Thursday as they told me they can enter my apartment anytime without notice or emergency . I showed them my lease and they still continued to disagree so I filed a police report for unlawful entry .

on the bright side I leave this place Saturday . I found a better paying job and I?m 90% packed up

They feel they can walk in anytime . My lease along with Indiana state law says 24hr notice must be given . I am quiet . No kids . No parties . No complaints against me in 3 years . Rent is always on time. I like my privacy . If I don?t call. No one should enter . The place I?m currently at is losing tenants because it?s a shit hole . The people leaving they either try to force them to stay or make them look bad so they can?t rent any where else .
Studio $525 483 sq ft
1 bedroom $590 525 sq ft
2 bedroom $725 677 sq ft

The place I?m moving to is
1 bedroom $730 774 sq ft I?ll have a view of the pond and be a block away from the pool
it has washer , dryer and dish washer. Plus they actually have trained maintenance men who are literate and not named Juan or Jose working for a few cases of beer a week

every night my lady pulls into the parking lot here I walk down the stairs for her safety. There are always people drunk in the hallway and in the morning you?ll see vomit in the stairs . If it?s a holiday expect to hear circus music until 2am along with no parking

Most the jobs here you have to go through a temp agency . Most tell you its temp to hire, but in reality after they are caught up they let you go. Im trying very hard to get my shit together

It sounds like you are not giving 100% to each job. If you were you would not be let go. to keep a job you have to prove to the employer that you are irreplacable. They let you go because they know they can find someone better. This is a fact. If it were not, they would let someone else go and you would get their job. Employers will not get rid of good quality hard working folks. What they do get rid of is the ones that are not applying themselves 100%. You HAVE to prove yourself to them that no one else can do the job at hand better. Until you do that, they will keep weeding you out of the company as management sees fit.

Their are two people in this thread that are self employed (maybe more). Use this information and apply it or you will be looking for another job next month again.

Honestly I?m one of those people you either love or hate . Most people hate me . I show up to work everyday and do my best . Yes some days my hands are swollen to the point I can?t wear gloves or I bust my shin on the door of the mold , but I pop ibuprofen. I always hit 80%+ of the rate . I don?t talk money religion or politics at work . I don?t talk kids family or what I do . I bust balls and joke while getting my shit done . If they have me with a Mexican who doesn?t speak English training me , I use sign language and paper to tell them I?m deaf I need an English speaking trainer Because I can?t read their lips if they speak another language . Yea I might jump on a forklift and move shit if it?s in my way but they shouldn?t have put the shit their any way . That?s my biggest thing I was wrote up twice for using a forklift while not certified through the company only the state . No where has pallet jacks any more . They have people running machines and like 2 forklift drivers who don?t do dick . I suppose my next job I?ll just stay off the forklift

Your sucess in life is definitely something you can control.

Ha strong family , I was almost put in foster care at 15 as for education I dropped out my freshman year then made up the credits in summer school almost dropped out again my senior year

Dont make excuses... education is the other variable. You cant blame others for your lack of it. Get a goal defined and dont let anything stop you from achieving it.
