Such a thing as too much cardio?

Right now i am trying to cut body fat. For the past two weeks i have been getting up and doing 25 minutes of HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) on the track, treadmil, bike or stairmaster. on top of this i am doing my weight training afterwards on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Can all the Cardio be counter acting my weight training? Please let me know.

if your doing your weight training right after, then yes it will definatly effect your progress in weight training.

If you must do both, do cardio in the morning and weights at night otherwise do cardio on your off days.

I think doing weight training directly after cardio is a waist of time.
