When cutting is it OK to consume sugar alcohol?
 
If you cutting for a show, I would say no. But if you cutting just to lose Body fat sugar alcohol is ok but in moderation
 
What is sugar alcohol?
 
isnt that what they have in gums and shit???, yeah thats aaaigghttt but keep it low
