I am on a really strict cutting diet, and I am wondering if I should cut out fat free milk because of the sugar it has in it.. is this sugar in the milk better for you than the sugar in candy? such as frusctose and glucose? lol not sure what I am talking about but I think I heard there was a difference.

The most I have is 2 glasses a day.. thanks for the input

The sugar in milk is different from what's in candy, which is usally called sucrose (table sugar). The sugar in milk is called lactose, and I believe it's probably better than sucrose, but if you are on a very serious cut you might want to limit your milk intake. Fructose is the sugar found in fruit.

Sucrose = glucose + fructose
Lactose = glucose + galactose

If you're on a keto diet, ditch the skim milk. If you're just limiting calories, as long as protein and fat are sufficient and you're not running too much of a deficit, the only thing you need to pay attention to is appetite.
