I think Dale will tell you that it is necessary if your going to drink beer. Remember he is our local forum alcoholic. As for myself, I never indulge in alcoholic beverages.

Well seeing that i have ESP, I find what you say to not be factual. Should I decide to think hard enough, i can burn all the weeds in your field from my location with little or no sugar.

This is untrue. The brain can function on keytones.

Sugar as in sucrose is not necessary. Complex carbs, fruits etc....will give you what you need for glycogen.

attn mods: this is a perfect example of why im so annoyed with IM and barely participate anymore.
