Might be a bit in depth for a lot of people, but basically avoid fructose like the plague in any significant amount (which we've known for a while). A bit of it is ok during re-glycogenation (is that even a word?) during certain diets, but otherwise limit that junk.
I did not realize quite how many diseases it could cause though. I only ever associated it with fat gain and heart issues, but wow there's so much more.
