How much sugar should I have a day?? I know it is bad and everything but like skittles I like them and I just wanted to know for stuff like that. I know I should strive for no sugar but it's hard since almost everything has sugar.

Lots of people stay away from watermelon when cutting due to the higher GI and sugar content. But, although it does have a higher GI and watermelon actually has a really low GL (of 3, and anything under 10 is good) because it is so high in water.QuestionGuy said:alright thanks about the WATERMELON tips, but i was also wondering what kind of "specs" watermelon have what kind of nutricional info does it have?? i dont think its high in sugar and carbs is it???
