Sugars, grapefruit, milk, and oranges/juice question...

1) If your cutting, how many grams of sugar should you consume a day? I squeeze my own 4 grapefruits and 2 oranges per day, is this too much?

2) Are all sugars created equal? Is the sugar in a grapefruit, the same as the sugar in a Coke (no I don't drink this crap). What about milk?

3) The Tropicana 100% pure orange juice (non concentrate) at the supermarkets. Is it actually just straight up oranges, and nothing else? And say you freshly squeeze your own orange juice, are you pretty much consuming the same amount of sugar as a cup of Tropicana?

As long as you are in a caloric deficit, should be fine.

How ever why not just eat the fruit, and get the benefits from it...
 
Yeah what juicing does is remove the fiber and a bunch of the vitamins and minerals and leaves you with tons of water and sugar (still has bunch of micronutrients but not as much as the whole fruit).
