So due to me having to wrestle up two weight classes this year for wrestling - 171 to 215 (yeah there is one weight class between those....) - I needed to put on weight during the season, which I did. I put on about twelve pounds to help me weight wise. Now the majority of this was fat. I need a diet that I can cut that twelve pounds off quick, but still in a healthy way. I want to keep maximum muscle as well. Is there any diet out there that can help me with this? I was thinking low carb may be the best here, but just seeing other peoples suggestions.
