What exercises do you guys enjoy to superset? For me, I usually superset Cable Crossovers with Pec Decks, Barbell Curls with Alternate Curls, Crunches with Tucks, Leg Press with Extensions, Cable Pushdowns with Rope. What about you?
I like using antagonistic supersets, especially during a strength phase.On these, you pair opposing muscle groups.My favorites are:front squats and leg curls,good mornings and swiss ball crunches,chins and swiss ball dumbell benches.These allow you max rest between sets which will enable more complete recovery between sets.

Not a big fan of supersets,although I know they can be great for some people, The only supersets I find most useful is skull-crushers with close grip press for tris!
AND
Close grip chins(palms facing you) and incline bi curls for bis!
AND
SLDL with leg curls for hams!
Like I said, not a big fan, but I do do these every once in a while for variation!
