Supp for getting ripped but losing NO muscle ??

I'm going to be finishing a pro-hormone cycle in a few weeks which worked great, I may get up to 210 after starting at 187 (at 202 now, 6'1") - but some of this is obviously fat from huge eating (although it's not hugely visible, no bulges anywhere, and I can see my abs just like before, if I'm flexing HARD :) , I just want to see abs when I'm walkin around, cuz chicks dig em, I saw that in the movies).

What supp/combo (I would prefer legal only for the reason that it's easier to get :) ) will help me cutting some of this fat but not lose any of my muscle gains? I did a forum search to not ask an annoying question again - but none of the info there had KEEPING ALL MUSCLE in there in bold

I'm not expecting a miracle drug, I know I'll have to complement this with other things, but I'm a newbie here - are all cutting supps appetite suppressants? I don't think I want this - my problem with fat is not that I can't stop eating, it just got picked up on the way this past while - are there fat cutters that won't suppress my appetite?

Does one have to greatly decrease calories to gain more definition? I plan on starting up some cardio for sure, but I also want to keep eating enough that I don't lose any muscle in the process - any tips? Are my goals just unreachable?

I want to have abs but stay big, that's all :thumb:
 
Well you can use ECA stacks, but diet is still they key to getting lean. I believe that low carb/high protein diets help preserve muscle while losing fat quite well. That is what I am currently on.
 
Prince , this may sound like a silly q for most but I just don't know , is the ECA stack ...natural?
 
i wouldnt use the ECA stack if i were you, it will suppress your appitite and you may lose a little size. Just cut down on carbs and increace protien as well as adding a little cardio.
 
might want to consider glutamine if you aren't already taking it.
helps preserve lean mass while dieting. keep your protein intake up too - more important then ever when cutting (imho)
 
ECA = Ephedrine/Caffeine/Asprin

Like Prince said, go for a high protien low carb diet. That's what I've been doing and I have actually increased in size while cutting fat. I've started trying Clenbutrx, by VPX, it's kinda expensive but doesnt' seem to curb the appetite as much as the other ECA's I've tried.

Also like nikegurl said, glutamine is a good idea as well.

You'll lose some size, But you should be able to keep the majority of it. :)

Have you heard of advocare? You can get a little info from www.advocare.com. You can loose weight and not your muslce tone. A women powerlifter from Texas lost enough weight to drop down to the next class and got stronger at the same time. Advocare is multi-level company so you can save money as well as make money. E/C can cut your appetite, but you have to fight that. ECA is quite effective at burning fat AND preserving muscle if your diet is correct. Glutamine and creatine is a good combo to use along with E/C.

-20 mg E/ 200 mg C 3 x per day
-5 grams creatine per day
-10-15 grams glutamine per day
-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight per day

Go for a high protein (1.5g/lb body weight), low fat and extremely low carb diet. Throw in some xenadrine to keep your metabolism high when you are not doing cardio, but you must do cardio for 20-30 min every other day. If you do it more than that, you're going to lose more body weight than you would like......
