My teenage son wants to start taking I believe the name is Tribeca Stacker.
I just want to know if this is safe for a teenage boy? And is there any adverse
effects with this?

Methyl 1-D
During week 1 take four capsules per day. Take two with breakfast and two with dinner. During weeks 2 through 4 take five capsules per day. Take two with breakfast and three with dinner. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Methyl Masterdrol
During weeks 1 through 4 take three capsules per day. Take one capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Formadrol

We can tell you what supps are safe for him, and we can help him with his diet and training so he gets nice and bit with nothing but food and iron. Tell him to come here and post so we can get him on the right track, okay?

Supps that I recommend to ANYONE - including my seventy nine year old mother - are as follow:
  • Creatine monohydrate 5g daily
  • Multivitamin
  • Vitamin C - gram a day
  • Vitamin D - 2000 IU daily
  • Fish oil sufficient to provide 3g combined EPA/DHA - for most brands, this will be ten capsules daily
  • Vitamin E - 100 IU daily (helps the fish oil metabolize)
  • Melatonin - antioxidant, you sleep well - up to 12 mg daily.
A few others for a skinny young man:
  • Whey protein - good for supplemental protein if you have trouble getting it in any other way.
  • Dextrose - grape sugar, cheap and good for post workout, with the whey and the creatine.
 
Hey Built, melatonin can be taken during the daytime? Why would I do that? Every time I take it at night, I get drowsy because I use it for sleep. what benefit does it give me during the day when I need to be awake? Stress reliever?

Does working out in the evening disturb your sleep? It does happen to me but again evening workout's are blast, you eat and hydrate whole day so you are good to lift plus you sleep later on which IMO starts the repair / growth process. To tackle the sleep problem i tried valerian & ZMA works but leaves you groggy in the morning by mid afternoon it wears off, at least in my case.

The other nice thing about melatonin for me anyway is that although it induces sleepiness, I CAN shake it off if I have to - and I don't feel it in the AM.

I always thought that 1-3g of melatonin was more than enough... is there a specific reason you use 12g?
 
I take 9mg. My doc said it's a good idea because of my age, breast cancer risk factors etc. It's a good antioxidant, and it's cheap.

As a teenager your body is still growing and developing in different ways your natural body shape hasn't been defined. Taking any aggresive supplement could lead to future problems in life. I wouldn't recommend it.

Really 3g daily ?!
Does that combine Omega 3's as well??

I take Ascenta NutraSea .....in its liquid state

40 cals.. 1.6g of omeg 3 consisting of 800 EPA, 500 DHA and 300 other mega 3

It also has Omega 6 for 200mg......which is 1 servering 5ml or 1 teaspoon....So are you basically saying I should take 2 or 3 teaspoons daily instead of the daily recommended 1 ?? Let me know thanks

Safe, probably. A waste of $$$, and looking to supplements vs a good diet and hard training, yes. A good multi, and possibly a protein powder is about all he needs, and learning what good nutrition is and how to train correctly what's essential at his age.
