Surf, Turf, and Erff...

Just made this one up as I was cooking up some lunch. Shrimp, Hamburger patty, and scrambled eggs/whites. I remembered the french for eggs was Oeuf, pronounced basically erf. I was so proud of it that I had to post it! haha...I'm sure someone has said it before but its the first time I've heard it, or seen it here, so I'm claiming it for now!

I had guac later on that day. Yep, didn't get much fiber with that meal. Grilled sirloin fajitas with guac for supper, with extra guac afterwards. But yea, can't beat the stuff.

True. Though the French eat only one egg at a time because one egg is "un oeuf".

Sounds delicious. I love making crazy, nutritious concoctions. I am fortunate that I am open to almost anything, and have made some dishes that would seriously make people cringe. Tuna on whole wheat spaghetti with ground flax seeds, avocado and spinach comes to mind. Can't think of a clever name for that one, though.
