I've been experiencing symptoms consistent with Carpal Tunnel syndrome(shooting pain along the Radial aspect of right wrist along with tingling & numbness on that side) that has gotten worse over the last week. I'm going to see an Orthopedic doc next week to confirm the diagnosis.
I'm in the middle of a bulk and have made good progress- 10 lbs in approx 2 1/2 months without adding too much flab. I haven't done any upper body exercise within the last week.
I guess all I can do for now is Legs/Abs till I get my CTS taken care of.\
Suggestions from anyone that has been in a similar situation?

That's all I've been asking myself. Any answer to question #2? I guess, I got to get creative and come up with some crazy assed routine to keep my bulk going.....
