Ok first thing i am going to start with my info before i get into asking questions.
Im 20 yrs old 6'2 225 pounds with now 8% bodyfat. I pretty much been training my whole life because my dad was into powerlifting and strongman competitions. Last 2 years became really serious with lifting. I am bench pressing 470 pounds, incline 405 pounds, seated military 330 pounds. This is my first cycle, but was on some PH for a year or 2.
My goal by the end of my 10 week cycle is to be 245-255 pounds with 8-12% bodyfat. im currently on week 3 of my cycle. I started my cycle weighing 215 pounds and gained 10 pounds to 225 pounds. My cycle is 6 weeks 30 mg/day dbol and week 2-10 sust 250 and deca 200mg i know my decca should be around 300-400mg but only have 8 200 mg viles left.
Now week 4 i am planning to add in the syntherol and inject arms and delts. I have 2 100ml viles for that. I plan to do that week 4-6. Reasoning behind that is because the syntherol stretches your fascia for new muscle to grow in place. So i figured what better to cycle it then with something that adds lots of muscle with some dbol sust and deca. So figure i can get alot of size outta that.
Now as for my diet I am taking on average 4700-5500 calories a day consistantly and taking in 225-250 grams of protein a day. The rest pretty much carbs.
My training looks like this 4 days a week monday tuesday thursday and friday. I train 1 hour a.m and 2-2.5 hours p.m. I try to hit every muscle group twice a week.
Now my questions for the people out there that know what they r talking about with lots of expirience is: 1. does my cycle look good enough for me as a newbie to hit my goals by end of my cycle?
2. Am I not taking enough?
3. I havent felt much of a strength increase and i am on week 3 when can i feel a strength increase???? P.S Have great pumps tho
4. Is there a specific time that my body weight will increase alot and when does it usually stop increasing.
5. Does the syntherol sound like a good idea and can i add a lot of weight and size with it?
6. Finally is my diet and proetein levels high enough to achieve my goals?
