hey guys i am running sustanon at 500mg for my first cycle,,,,should i run it for 10 or12 weeks???

If you are doing the HCG during cycle (as you should), then it is a good idea to continue your shots 2 weeks after last shot.

HCG will only stay 3-5 days in your system, time your last HCG shot so that there will not be any HCG in your system by the time you start PCT.

drop the dose

sust is an awesome drug but you should start at 250mg/week. If this is truly your first cycle this will allow you to still put on 20-25 lbs of muscle if you do everything else right. This will save you some loot on future cycles because once you start using gear, it's very very tough to stop.
