Why is it when I work my legs I break into a sweat very quickly and my heartbeat increases rapidly, and my breathing is a lot deeper then when I work my upperbody?
I sweat a little when I do my upperbody but not neary as much as when I am doing my legs.
Intensity isn't it because I am working just as hard on my upperbody as my lower body. Same # of sets and reps. What gives?
