For the past few weeks I have been sweating profusely during my workouts. I have to carry a towel around with me to clean up all the sweat I create, and when Iâ??????m done working out my shirt, shorts, underwear, and even my socks are soaked with sweat. Iâ??????m the sweatiest person in the gym and its bothering me.
I have tried not drinking as much water when I workout, but I still end up sweating just as much and feel dehydrated. Is this something to be worried about? Any suggestions on what to do to avoid being so sweaty?
The only thing I am happy for is that at least my sweat does not reek.
