yesterday morning i tried something different for cardio. i went kayaking along one our lakes and then up the river, it was fun, relaxing and i still got some type of workout/cardio. just thought i'd share!!!

Just bought a mountain bike and rode that around the hills here last weekend....
Running is good, but it's really pretty redundant. I don't understand the endurance thrill heavy runners get. I dig on the post workout buzz, but the act itself is dull...
Kayaking is awesome. Picking one up this summer....
