Ok I have been working out for a while and getting decent gains but....
My biceps are developing differently. The left bicep has a decent peak while the right bicep barely has a peak but is wider... I have tried doing close grip and wide grip curls with the easy bar and tried focusing on turning my right wrist to the inside forcing my bicep to peak but still getting little response in this matter.
When doing concetration curls I try to focus on working the peak with my right arm while just doing the motion with my left...
Anyway I feel like I have tried everything and am getting frustrated with it. Anyone else have similar issues, advice or able to point me in the direction to fixing this would be much appreciated.
