You're calling me a liar?Height dosage of t3 can only burn your muscles.
D, fix your diet instead. Seriously, this a fucking nasty compound that I won't play with anymore. Use tren ace with test for recomping and cutting. I'm seeing great results with it. you can also use clen if you can stand the sides. It causes water retention? I didnt know that. Thanks jugg i was playing with the idea of running short low dose cycles of 25 mcg a day for 4 week runs. My goal isnt to be in contest shape just keep my gut in check. It has a tendencie to bloat easily. When i increase caloric intake.

The best way for me is 50mcg's daily for a cut. Maybe 12 weeks or so. If I take more I just flatten out. Last run, 50mcg's had me well in the hyper thyroid range so its plenty for me.
Think what you want; tren works well for me. I've not had one ounce of the sides that I had with t3. Yes, it's a totally different compound, but it had sides that I couldnt deal with.J - That's the biggest oxymoron ever. T3 worse than tren?

Aside from warming and slightly occasional night sweats, t3 had me laying with my feet up because the compound made my ankles so friggin bloated. I will never use t3 again.
I know CT; it just really sucked and kind of scared the shit out of me. I was asking myself wtf was going on??
I would say that your bulk attempt wasnt as good as it could've been. I'd recommend slowly adding to your diet for the next time. If it makes any sense, when I've bulked, I did a 250kcal increase every two weeks. It worked well. Over the course of a year, I went from 230 to 256. Sure some of it was fat, but as slow bulking goes, it makes better sense. I also increased fat and protein only, and kept carbs to their minimums.
Cardio will help, but best to keep at a low intensity level for gaining for at least 20+ minutes at 60%-65% of heart rate.
CT, decide what you want first. Bulk or lose. IMO, you can do both if you're optimized to a point. Expect some fat gain. Most of the time, it's sort of inevitable. Plus you get to push some heavy weight around and this will insulate the joints. Another added bonus.
I would carb cycle on a high/low day and go from there, if you want the cheat meal. Keep one day of the week as your cheat meal day. If you want, I can help you run the numbers for either a gain cycle or a cut. I'd be more than happy to.
I'm at 9% right now, and holding it pretty well. I have a first time acting job for NBC coming up and they want me a few pounds heavier by the end of August. Not a big deal, but I'm using carb cycling as my "bulker" so that I don't get too heavy and not compete (hopefully in November). I'm retaining my "four pack" and still adding small gains. I've also switched my style of training to Gaz's Destroy and Flood Reloaded. It's working well.
Yeah, I'm cutting down right now. Cam and Tracy are doing my diet and cardio. I'm going to finish this up at the end of Sept. and then just dial it down for the rest of the year (overall days in the gym and cardio, right now it's 4 days weights and 7 days cardio), trying to stay 10% or less.
I might take you up on that offer in the future, thanks.
Good luck with the job bro, sounds like fun.
