So in a couple of threads i have read about taking a week break every 3mths or so..... (been training near 12mths now)
I'm thinkin no way i need every workout i can get.... Must build muscle etc.
So my recent calf injury forced me to have a week off and i go back to the gym and.... Holy crap!! Full recovery is good shit
I feel like my muscles have just been given the biggest shock treatment of their lives.
From now on, a week off every 3mths no doubt!!
If you havent had a break in a while take a good one over Chrissy and dont feel guilty cause it will be doing you the world of good
