Curious to know if its ok. I will be eating maintenance the whole week so I won't lose any weight. Just want to give my muscles a break to fully heal them. Also it will be week 4/last week for PCT wed.
IMO i wouldnt miss but a day or two a week on pct, just becaues im so cautious about keeping my gains
You must continue training if you plan to keep your gains.
Well if your injured you might as well take the time off to recoup, dont want the issue to get worse. I just thought you meant take a week off for the hell of it lol.
If you haven't already, cut your training down to 3x/wk. That is ideal for PCT anyway, as it allows your muscles to fully recover in between workouts. Also, you should be doing lower volume than you were on cycle.
