tanning with rosacea? or acne?

can this be done without any bad flare ups... maybe certain creams help? indoor or outdooring tanning prefered? short invtervals in the sun?

...or am i forced to be the pain little human that i am?

I find tanning helps with my acne some, but I don't use the tanning lotions on it.

but maybe thats because I had really sensitive skin

swimming in clorine treated pools always helps too while getting a tan to clear things up....at least for me.
