Targeting the tricep

What tricep exercises work what part of the muscle. Especially the inner part that hits the lats? Thanks.
 
Um...lats aren't part of your tricep.

There are three heads to your tricep, and most exercises will hit two of the heads if not all three.

Don't bother trying to isolate one head of the tricep. It's almost impossible and you should be training the whole muscle anyway. Nobody is ever going to comment on your long head development.
 
i like "skullcrushers" my self...
... but make sure your arms are tilted back at a 45degree angle..

To work the long head of the triceps, that tie down into the lat area, you must do exercises that force you into an extreme stretch position with the elbows up by the ears:

-overhead cable, barbell, dumbell extensions...can be done unilaterally...can be done seated, standing, or on an incline bench.

i do mine so my arms are straight (knuckles facing the ceiling), then just go back 90-100 degrees and back to the starting position

why start them at 45 degrees?

(just curious, i don't wanna be doin them wrong coz they are 1 my faves)
