They aren't afraid of pork, the old testament god killed a shit load of people, and a lot of them were Jews. I don't know what happened with the new testament god, maybe having a kid calmed him down a bit.

Food manufactures have to have their "process and equipment inspected" by a jewish Rabbi and they "pay" for the inspection in order to be Certified.

It is pretty crazy to look and see what companies are kosher. Coke for example shuts down for a day to be inspected and blessed. They even change the formula for passover (the rules are stricter) in select markets.
Not sure if anyone realizes this, but baby Jesus was a Jew and celebrated Jewish holidays.
