Hi my name is emil and i am 17 years old and i have just started weight training. I purchased a weider home gym for $400 dollers and I am ready to get in shape! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for a teen new to body building. any suggestions on supplements, how long to train, how often to train, and what kinds of food to eat would be greatly appreciated.
