Tell Us All, How Much Weight Did U Gain On Your First Cycle? Today was 4 full weeks on my 1st cycle. I've gone from 254 Lbs to 276 lbs. Note I only eat 3500-4000 Cal's a day with no more then 80-90 grams of fat daily!
 
hey matt how's she hanging brother. i still won't be happy until i hit 300-320 lbs. just have to stop the mid section from trying to grow a little. email me sometime and tell me how things are.
 
Maybe this has been touched on already.... but how long you running the cycle for? Any plans for a cut down the line?

just stopped my d-bol only cycle at five weeks. went from 172 to 195lbs. the only thing aside from milk thistle and vitamins i took was zma before bed, but mostly for the fact it had valerian root and helps me sleep. i can't really say i shed any fat or gained any. maybe some water weight more than anything around the midsection slightly but i'll keep everyone posted as to how much i keep. started nolva at 40mg yesterday. going to keep it at 40mg the first week and then go 3 more weeks at 20mg. my first cycle was strickly d-bol only just to see how i reacted to an aromatizing steroid since i had no previous experience. no gyno, no nut shrinkage(maybe slightly but i think it's just in my head). i ran 20mg ed the first week, 25 the second and 30 the next three. i drank two protein shakes a day with whole milk and three scoops of ON whey in them(1 scoop pro complex, the other two the plain whey) and ate like a horse in between all my other meals. for a guy that was accustomed to drinking out five to six nights a week, i stopped except maybe five times in the last five weeks, and none of them heavy binge nights(well one single slip up). My plans are to run a cycle of testosterone suspension and d-bol for my second cycle, just not sure how long i should wait til my next cycle. i'm guessing like a good two to three months, any suggestions?
 
you did a dbol only cycle ? lol...
 
Hey luke don't get depressed when you lose like 80% or better of the weight that you put on. Since its mostly water. I hope you gained some good muscle on that cycle even though dbol only cycles are sort of taboo. Let us all know how the PCT goes and what you keep.
 
will do. like i said it was a test run before i go to testosterone/d-bol stack. i knew going in I was destined to lose a good bit of it. i'll keep you all posted in the next few weeks

I'm also trying NO2 and creatine for the first month off and tapering back off the creatine to see if that helps. i'll track what my weight is throughout the whole process.
 
how much of a libido droop will i probably if at all notice coming off just d-bol. i'm takin the nolva and i'm the horniest person i know. i didn't really notice much of a drop while on it at all. and maybe this is just a silly question but does sex or masterbation help in the aid of getting your body to start producing it's own testosterone?
 
Well the libido has been no problem. I've been "off" for three weeks and taking nolva as well as zma. my weight had been staying fairly stable with the aid of about 3grams of creatine a day. in fact my strength hadn't really seen a dip. Then I got bronchitis, and for the last week I've been dropping weight more rapidly. Mostly cuz these antibiotics and dayquil and nyquil have been curbing my appetite something terrible. i dipped from 198 last friday to 190 this thursday. I knew i was gonna drop some water weight coming off, but it was going well as far as holding my weight and what not til i got sicker than a dog. I'm at least forcing myself to drink my protein shakes(2 scoops of optimum pro complex and 1 of whey per shake with whole milk) 2 shakes a day. that way if i'm dropping, it's mostly fat and water weight, cuz i know i'm not eating my maintence calories right now even. Bronchitis sucks. I at least got an idea how my test shots are gonna feel on my next cycle. the doc gave me a 500mg shot of antibiotics in the right glute wed.
 
Well many would beg to differ... but i started out at 200lbs and ended up with 245lbs. My bench went from 205 to the Upper 300(375-400). But then again i was on a ass load of sauce.
 
well i've now been off for over a month and i'm holding at 192lbs. i stayed on creatine for three weeks while taking nolva, then took nolva and tapered off the creatine and am now sitting steady around 190 give or take 2lbs of water weight. also i might add i came down with bronchitis for two of pct weeks. which sucked royally due to needing to rest more and only do some maintenence work. i went from 172 to 198 and dipped back down to 190. i've now started cutting and am gonna try to stick no lower than 185, maybe 180 if it's looking like i'm keeping my muscle pretty well, before bulking again. this time when I go on, i'm gonna really watch my diet more and go for a drier gain. adding test ethe along with the dbol this time and gonna run 10mg nolva the whole time. then up the nolva during pct.

what did you take? how long was your cycle?
 
On my first cycle (which was a twelve-week run of test jump-started by an eight-week run of dbol) I went from about 175 to 225 pounds! That's mainly because I was eating like a pig so, even though I gained a ton of muscle, I also gained quite the gut.

When I ended my cycle and began dieting some to shed weight I dropped down to 210 fairly quickly. Must have been the water weight from the dbol.

Anyway, I kept most of my strength. I lost roughly 20 pounds off of my bench and squat but that's not too bad as it means I kept the majority of my gains. I'm going to start a new cycle this week and I plan on watching my diet a lot more to ensure I don't gain a ton of fat like last time. :)
 
Well for all of you who participated a thank you. As for me I finished this 10 week cycle on Oct 25th. On Sept 24th when i started this post I weighed 276Lbs. I finished at 273Lbs. Lost 3 lbs in a month at 5500-6000 cal's a day. Don't figure but that's the way it goes. Today I weigh 264lbs and on a cut. Looks like this shit i buy here in Mexico at the Vet may not be that potent. I gained all my weight the first three weeks on D-bol.
 
Hey Old Man do you look any different? Its possible you lost some fat and gained some muscle at the same time.
 
Well I might of put an 1/8" on my arms, but none anywhere else that I can find. I weighed 276 lbs after taking D-bol weeks 1-3. Weeks 1-10 was this mexican 4-la @750mg/ew and mexican Deca @600mg/ew. You wouldn't think i'd lose a total Of three lbs taking that much shit the next 7 weeks eating 5500-6000 cals.
