Test Levels dropping, long workouts

Anyone have an article on why Test levels drop after a certain amount of time while working out? And why its best to keep your workouts under a certain time?
 
most will probably say 1 hour max..I myself have workouts that generally last 1.5 hours. what u have to worry about is your cortisol levels shooting through the roof

U R RIGHT LONG WORKOUTS DROP TEST LEVELS
THEREFORE ITS GOOD TO KEEP UR WORKOUTS SHORT BUT VERY MUCH INTENSE.
LIFT ROCK TO LOOK LIKE ROCK
 
Why? Because we are men not gods.
 
I tried very intense in short time ..several sets within 30 minutes..then i pass out :mad:

glad i didn't pass away
