I for one have no doubt of the quality of the gear.

However from what I have observed, most of the sponsor 'bashing' (myself included) has been directed at the aggressive and somewhat unscrupulous marketing strategy, which although unsubstantiated appears to include false testimony . . so what may I ask are the guidelines for Sponsors, and at what point are the member's interests taken into account?

Just curious.
 
Having been on this forum for weeks now trying to learn and prepare for my 1st cycle, I would be willing to pay a bit more for quality gear as I think most would. But cost does come into play and I am happy that SD is going to post some results. When I go to WP's site and looking to order 10ml/200mg of Cyp, they want $170 while another sponsor on this site is selling Cyp 250 at $69!!! I would really like to know if WP's gear is that much better than the others, or are they just taking advantage of newbies. Just my 2 cents....
 
Ya know I agree with with DG on one thing that bashing sponsors just dont accomplish anything BUT its pretty damn rediculous that a sponsor can get away with whatever they want. SMD ask respectfully and repeatedly for WP to just stay outa the thread till the results were posted and that he would leave them alone till then as well but its a damn shame that after all this WP feels the need to continue to post here even just now posting a link to discount codes. WE ALL KNOW WHERE THESE ARE LOCATED! How could we not I mean really. WP has become like those in-laws that come to visit and overstay their welcome. WP I know your gear is decent I've used it but you guys gotta stop this seriously for your own good this is not bashing for the record just how I see things. You guys will sell a lot more gear if you just leave people alone. Again I am not bashing you or your products just some friendly advice there is no need to reply to this post please. Like I said, questions and discussions that remain civil are fine. But questioning cost or any other things that reflect negativity toward a sponsor that are intended to harm the sponsor is not allowed. As far as guidelines for sponsors, that is up to Rob and if he wants to comment or intervene at any time, I will let him do that.

I don't think questioning cost is in any way negative or intending to harm a sponsor. Pointing out that one sponsor carries a product for a fraction of the cost of another is simply factual and helpful to the new members. If the higher priced sponsor wants to remain competitive, they either need to justify the difference in cost, or lower theirs to a more reasonable amount. That's just business 101.

Dg I know your a good guy an youve helped me out but I have to say I dont understand why discussing price of a sponsor is an issue if the price is one link cllik away. Not to metion the sponsor freely post prices in threads. Respectfully I ask explain what you mean sir

I certainly am not intending to disrespect you in any way, I just wholeheartedly disagree. I think we have a responsibility to each other to provide the most accurate information possible to our fellows. That includes, "Hey, don't go pay an exorbitant fee to these guys, when these here have the same stuff for 1/3rd the price." In fact, since the other guys are also board sponsors, we should all encourage business for them.

No disrespect to WP or any other sponsor. Everyone needs to make a living. A Mercedes costs more than a Ford. The only difference is that the price is well known, and Mercedes can make an argument, right or wrong, to justify the price difference. At which point the consumer can make an informed decision. Mercedes certainly isnt harmed by pointing out that their prices are higher, it is simply factual.

While I agree that bashing should be off limits, rational discussion of differences and prices of product is good for both the community and the sponsors themselves.

Just my .02 bro, and once again, no disrespect to you, Rob, or any sponsor.

I'm not on AS, but on a majority of boards I have been on in 10+ yrs it is not allowed. Nor is mentioning names of UG labs. But yet on here, we generally allow questions about them. If it was my board, to protect these UG labs, I would not allow it.
Again, prices are available, so if you are like me and not Bill Gates and price matters, feel free to purchase from whom you want. One thing I will exprees is this......WP gear is made in a factory under strict guidelines and health safety. And although many UG labs gear is fine, they are not manufactered under these guidelines and can be produced at a fraction of the cost...thus the difference. You can choose which you want to purchase.
 
Price talk gives way to people being attracted to new sources in PMs who say I can beat those prices, you're getting ripped off... We are trying to protect the novices from their own inexperience.

I just go to my local pharmacy for my meds and even if I pay out of pocket mine are cheaper...

Protect UG labs? WP posts a new thread here almost every day...offering promotions, lotteries, and details about their services, as do all their reps. IMHO, they want to have everything out in the open. I don't think they need or want "protection". As a matter of fact, WP has asked me several times to bump them openly.
