Testostrone level dropped need help

So I ran a cycle of M1T and before that I got my testosterone level checked and they were good (within average). I ran the cycle in around April, today I got my levels checked again and they've dropped 32% (they're still within normal range though) but that's a big drop. I'm not sure what to do any advice would be appreciated. I still have some Nolvadex left and just need some ways on how to get my testosterone level back up.

I Used Muscle Systems and I had good gains on it and I'm 18 years old, I know that's a bit young but it's a pro hormone and on the label it said I could use if I was at least 18. I did research before hand and actually had a guy whose done it before help me out. I'm not sure why this has happened? I really need any advice, I know I'm not going to use it again because I don't want to mess my self up anymore. Right now I just need any advice on how I could get my levels back up.
 
It's more than a 'bit' young.

Dude:shake::no:, use your head in the future. Just because it says 18 on the product, doesn't mean u should use it at 18, the companies just say that for liability purposes.

I would recommend getting some clomid and run a pct right now. What are your test levels?
 
Yeah I would definitely run a second strong pct. Clomid/aromasin for 4-5 weeks should take care of you.

I'm not 100% on this but would it be beneficial to use hcg in the weeks leading up to a second pct? Or would this be detrimental to your recovery?
 
Test levels bounce around. They are not static. Could be that you had a shitty sleep or lost a girl friend or lost a baseball game. Shit like that actually can effect your levels. Test is binaural meaning it is high in the morning and drops during the day to a lower value but is effected by many many factors.
 
One thing you can try that will surely die your levels back up is start doing lots of squats and deadlifts.

I know it's kinda young, I messed up, just had an obsession to get big really fast. A few things have changed in my life. I started boxing so I barley lift weights anymore (barley do squats and deadlifts) and like someone said I have been having girl problems lately so that could contribute I suppose and I usually only sleep 3 hours a night now. My levels were around 16 and they dropped to 10 now (I'm not sure what scale they use but the doctor said the average is between 5 to 25). The only form of PCT I do have is Nolvafin by Muscle Systems(I have 17 days worth). I bought this from the guy who sold it to me and he's ran it a few times. Also, should I buy any of those natural testostrone boosters that they sell at the stores? Oh, yea and are these effects permanent? I know I have no desire to do steroids right now so will I be able to get back to normal?

Well there's your problem. Eat. Sleep. Lift. Those are the 3 best testosterone boosters. :thumb: But seriously, make sure you're getting enough calories, doing the big lifts (bench, squat, deadlift), and I would shoot for 8 hrs of sleep when you can.
