This has been a fun ride, I hit many personal records and I have abs now! Although I fell off a little toward the end, I'm very happy with the way my physique looks. I'm in the best shape of my young life. This contest has given me the tools to make my next bulk that much better. I owe it all to the Z boys for putting on this contest. I don't look like a slob anymore! lol

And if anyone doubted Z's gear, the 5 of us are walking billboards for the quality of his products.
