Hey guys!!! Been away for a minute and I can't drop as frequent as use too. My meet is approaching very fast and I need to focus in that event. Supplementation is right on target. My diet and all nutrition aspects are looking good. Thanks to Gr & DATH for the Sust325. This stuff is the real deal. Right now I gain 11lbs. Tomorrow Monday is the beginning of Week 8. 11 in solid gains. I been running, sauna and some diuretics tricks to try to keep weight not to far from my weight class. Definitely I would increase more lbs taking the competition out of the equation. But looks good, feels good and is going to be a hell of a ride!!!!!

Try to keep the diet at 2500 cal w/o exceed 3000 cal in occasions. Protein 1-1.5g, 0 saturated fat, a lot of fruit like orange, grapefruit, strawberries and some tamarind.

I will keep posting from time to time for the next three weeks and PM me if have questions. I get back to you soon as possible. As soon I get the Real results = Meet, I let you guys know the results.

question for ya.. Are you planning to go in at the 198# class?

198 is the plan...that's way the cardio, sauna, diuretic and will be cutting weight hard way the last 2 days...also, I will be posting a "how to cut weight before a meet" info for those interest in PL. Also apply to MMA, wrestling etc...
 
This is the guys...the diet is working good...I start shredding some pounds (of water;don't want to wait to last minute) using the sauna. I'm eating a lot of lettuce, tomato, tuna plus my three meals. I still looking at 2500cal, little more cadio and sauna time has increase. I change the Sust325 to Tu & Fr due to work and training flexibility. The Sust is doing good to me. From now on is body weight manipulation for couple more weeks and then I will rest for a minute (not really; just lighter weight) and PCT.

Wk 8 is almost one. 2 more to go.

Results are great, feel good;

great experience with product.

Diet as follow;

1 boiling egg, 1 toast, 1 scoop peanut butter 7:00am

pre-work out 8:30am and hit the gym by 9:00am

post work out 11:00am

hit the sauna once and I plan to do just some

cardio and sauna on Saturday (don't want to wait to last minute)

chicken breast and Cesar salad 12:30pm

tuna snack 3:00pm

fruit bowl 5:30pm

turkey salad 7:30pm

mango protein shake 9:00pm

Everything is looking smooth.

Tuesday, pinned day...hell yeah!!!!

I'm reducing aprox 500cal from my diet (smaller portions a day)

need to loose couple more pound (water weight most)

fell hungry. who would guess that 500 cal will make a lot of difference.

Anyways, keep pumping really nice, pinned on target and the big game is approaching fast!!!

Now is time for water reduction, water deprivation, some more cardio and a lot of sauna...grrrrrrrrr!!!!

Can wait for weight In day...!!!!!!!
 
Yes sir...I'm back with two first places at two different meets. Will be posting only one photo of one of the awards (no numbers or any more info about it for safety). Also want to tanks Gr & DATH and all the members that support this board and the thread. Feel tire, hurt but at the same time full of desires to go back to the gym and pick it up and throw some more weights around. The weight cut did affect my pass numbers but did not affect my overall performance. Did have good time and I'm ready to work some more magic to my next encounter. I'm going to have this thread open for couple more of days and then going to ask Mod/Dath to closed it. Was my pleasure share this info!
