I have dropped about 9 pounds since mid-May- from about 172 down to 163- and i seem to be putting some muscle gains back on to boot.
I have to say that it's a result of lurking, reading, asking, and being motivated by the extremely active pile of flesh that logs into this site every day.
Thanks to you guys for keeping the joint jumping, pumping, and even humping.
