I have my chest and arms looking great but my abdominal section is not up to par. What is the best way to work your abs and make them more visable and bigger. I think that's the problem i don't know how to make my ab muscles bigger unlike every other muscle in my body I don't have a routine for them.

To make your abs show up you need to loose some body fat, So diet and cardio are the big factor.

weighted ab work (kneeling rope crunches, hanging/weighted leg raises, decline/weighted crunches).

tighten up your diet.

You may need to cut. Great arms and legs are probably down to good training and plenty of food. I'm with gogo and 1313wolf, clean up your diet and possibly reduce the quantity so your not overdoing the calories.

I think i may be in the same boat as this guy. I'm at 7% body fat, my abs are visible, but they're just pretty flat. I'm pretty sure they're just weak. I'm going to start doing intense weighted ab work twice a week, instead of the non weighted crunches and crap every day. Hopefully i'll add some definition and bulge on my stomach.

short answer - below maintenance/clean foods

check out the diet/nutrition stickies. tons of great information to get you started on the right path.

I've developed "large" ab muscles from years of heavy weighted ab work between 1-3 times per week depending on the season. At 18% BF they are still visible, train them like any other muscle that you want to make big. Also, squat and lift heavy stuff over your head. Overhead squats will kill your abs and don't do militaries on a bench anymore, do them standing...just a few things.

You need to develop your lower back as well because your body will fight creating imbalances.
