when I was in Calgary a couple weeks ago with my gf's older sister who's an executive at Shell this pretty much correlates with everything we were talking about in regards to Keystone XL. profit margins are razor thin with oil extracted from shale and tar sands. people just don't get that all the easy sweet crude is gone, there will never been cheap oil or gas ever.
Like it or not, know it or don't... were all hostages.

It makes sense, and this info has been out for a couple of years.
But we keep hearing the oil company propaganda about it making gas cheaper. It will not do that and actually make it more expensive in some areas.

and that is only bested by the old tax holiday scam and we see how well that worked.
