what color should it be? i drink a galon of water a day. sometimes it comes out really clear and sometimes its yellow. does it make a difference? no, it never burns.

Clear to lemonade color is good. B vitamins will make it bright yellow, but that's not a problem. Orange or brown = not good.

Once I took a urine sample for a test and the nurse thought I put water in the cup, she said she had never seen such light urine and she couldn't believe it 
how strange - that nurse must not see many health conscious people. i'm pretty sure that lots of people who drink tons of water have basically clear urine.

i read some where on this board that when you body becomes pretty saturated with methylated chemicals (M1t) your urine is orange or something like that. Any truth to this?
