That's what I gathered. The flat bench press really is overrated. It's not that it has no benefit. It's just that many people believe that it's the only true exercise for the chest. I dont even do regular tri extensions anymore unless i superset into close grip. Reverse work all three heads.min0 lee said:I agree with you on that, they are never done and to me very effective.
