Hi, I'm new to this site, and to working out for that matter. I'm here looking for info and all the help I can get. I'm 35 years old, and I am not in the shape I would like to be in. I'm not really over weight, but I would sure like to tone up and look better. I will most likely ask some dumb questions, but please bear with me.
