under Hips, thighs and calves. Outside of picking a good solid routine that works for you (as I'm sure you heard enough from here) you need to also make sure you are on a good clean diet and get the proper nutrician .

To focus in specifically on the glutes or some exercises that work good on the ass, you may want to ask some of the ladies here.. They could probably tell you better. I guess cause I am a guy I really haven't done any ass exercises Riding my bike from time to time seems to work...but that seat is so damn hard my ass is sore for a week. fuq

I got fired from a job I loved in teaching, because the principal thought I was scary looking and believed that I was beating up students. Shew was a miserable old cunt who I wish to this day would die of a severely hurting wretched illness. I was by the way, nominated for a teacher of the year award. They transferred me and I got stuck with this miserable old SKANK. I miss my job and I miss the students. All becuase she thought I was bald and scary looking for an elementary special education teacher. could someone perform voodoo on this ho and make me happy???

No lawsuit. I was non-tenured which in it itself is the biggest bunch of shit in the teaching profession. I got results with these kids and no one else did. She was a skanky ho who felt uncomfortable around me and the students. I checked with 2 lawyers and they said they'd take the case, but both wanted a couple Gs off the top first, before anything. Sharks. That's all they are. I dont have money like that to piss away on a fifty-fifty chance.

Dont get me started about the teacher's union either. Biggest bunch of pussies I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I got major anger in this whole ordeal and nowhere to put it.

The parents were mad as hell and wanted to stick up for me. One went to my aid and got a snowjob about how there would be an investigation and then some shit to quiet the angry villagers (actually Linden, NJ).

Unless you can prove discrimination, it is a pretty tough case to win unfortunately. But I can imagine how you must feel. In my line of work "Tech Business" the average life span of a job is 2-3 years then get laid off. My point is that for whatever the reason, losing your job really does suck. Just keep your head up though and remember that things happen for a reason. The witch obviously didn't deserve to have a good teacher like you.

I am a big believer in "what comes around goes around". But I gotta tell you, this has really destroyed my feelings on teaching. I need to deal with this but I just cant get some of the shit out my head. My boss even sided with the old bitch and said that I was time bomb waiting to explode. Well what the hell did they keep me around for another year? My supervisor didnt like me because I didnt baby the kids. I gave them consequences to their actions. The kids knew when they screwed around, they'd get me in their faces. They respected that. It does help me to know that after the fiasco, the kids went apeshit and gave the permenant sub a massive hard time as well as making her retire from teaching. It even makes feel even better that I found out that my dimwit supervisor bribed one of the kids with two bucks and he threw it back into her face yelling we want the old teacher back!!

As for newspapers? No actually, but you have given me something to think about!
